Meet Ashley Cutonilli:
My career has never been about just managing tasks; it’s always been about supporting people. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked alongside our most vulnerable community members, first in refugee resettlement and now in behavioral health.
This experience taught me a crucial lesson: the most impactful work happens when dedicated professionals are freed from administrative burdens. Therefore, I founded Mindful Management Group to do exactly that.
My guiding principle is a promise I make to every partner: “Under promise and over deliver.” Ultimately, I believe in honest partnerships, tangible results, and building your capability until you feel confident and self-sufficient.

The Foundation (2006+): For over 18 years, Ashley honed her skills in complex program management within refugee resettlement, navigating intricate systems to build stability and hope for individuals and families.
The Pivot: Recognizing a similar need for operational support and advocacy within the behavioral health sector, Ashley pivoted her expertise to a new field, becoming a subcontractor for behavioral health practices.
The Mission Today: Mindful Management Group was born from a simple idea: the same compassionate, efficient, and resilient framework that supports people rebuilding their lives can also support practices that heal them.
